Stress Less: From Frazzled to Focused

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, check-in, leave feedback and see who's attending!

What is stress and how can we not only survive stress but actually use it to make our lives better?

Analyze sources of stress, discuss approaches to defuse stressful situations, and develop stress management techniques for both teachers and students such as mindfulness, active meditation, tapping and even color theory. Then we will learn about the role of stress in job burnout and how we can make not every day a good day, but find good in every day.
