Engaging students at all levels is at the core of increasing enrollment, retention, completion, and skill transfer to provide affordable and accessible education resulting in just economic mobility and equitable empowerment. There is no dearth of enthusiastic ideas emanating throughout the college. CWI has established an Education Collaborative Operational Framework to visualize and bring these ideas together for consideration across the institution. The Framework provides a facilitated process to refine and identify cross-functional impediments, and resource constraints so projects and initiatives can be prioritized by value to the students through the broad consensus of the institution.
