The Broadband Infrastructure Improvement Grant (B.I.I.G.) offers up to 10% of fiber construction costs for Idaho schools and libraries that participate in E-rate. Idaho is one of 25 states recognized by the FCC with this unique funding capability to dramatically reduce the cost of new fiber infrastructure.
