This session combines three excellent programs. HP Self Maintainers, Idaho Business for Education Apprenticeship program, and Student Led Helpdesk. We not only discuss the value of each of these programs individually but how they can be used together. The benefits of utilizing these programs can be an answer to many questions and issues your District may be experiencing. These are just a few. Support of one-to-one devices, in-house device repair, cost savings on parts and 3rd party repair, student education and certifications, career building, mentoring, and real work experience for NSD students.
