In this session, we will explore imposter syndrome, a common experience in which individuals feel like they are imposters, despite their accomplishments and expertise. We will discuss the symptoms of imposter syndrome, its root causes, and how to overcome it.
If you have ever felt anxious about being seen as incompetent, or if you have ever doubted your abilities, this session is for you. We will create a supportive and inclusive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others.
