It’s not a matter of “if”, it’s a matter of “when” a data breach will occur. The U.S. Department of Education, through the Student Privacy Policy Office (SPPO)'s Privacy Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) will conduct a walkthrough of a simulated data breach, where we will focus on the processes, procedures and skills needed to respond appropriately. This session will also include time for extended discussion and questions regarding student privacy and FERPA. Don’t be shy, come ask the experts!
